Make sure to include a copy of your order/receipt, and a photo ID (drivers license or License to Carry) with your shipment.
Make sure to send your slide or frame stripped.
If disassembly/reassembly or sight removal/install is required, it will result in an additional charge up to $40 that will be charged upon service completion.
