We’re happy to offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
For refunds to your original payment method, a $10 processing fee will be applied
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Our return and exchange policy is 30 days for all merchandise.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) are in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Please place return and exchange items in the provided clear bag to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
- Apparel must have hang tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up and animal hair.
- We recommend trying on all products indoors to maintain their original condition as is.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card and alternate form of payment will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first.
- “Exchange only” items are eligible for size or style exchanges within return window (up-charge may be applicable) or returned for store credit.
**We do NOT refund original shipping charge**

SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions and we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the bottom of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
