Not the right fit or style? No problem!
We’re happy to offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit on eligible merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
For eligible refunds issued to the original payment method, a $10 processing fee will be applied.
Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange period is 30 days from delivery for eligible merchandise.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) are in brand-new, unworn condition with tags attached, when applicable.

Please place return and exchange items in the provided clear bag or original packaging, when available, to help protect the product while in transit.

Apparel must have hang tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume or other scents, makeup, animal hair, and other signs of wear or use.

We recommend trying on all products indoors to maintain their original condition.

Items that are damaged, altered, missing parts, or otherwise not in their original condition for reasons not due to an error by Steel Regimen may be deemed ineligible for return.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be deemed non-returnable.

We reserve the right to deny or adjust a return or refund if the original item is not received in eligible condition.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed after it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Returns on orders purchased using a gift card and an alternate form of payment will be reimbursed to the applicable gift card first.

Items designated as “Exchange Only” may be exchanged for an eligible size or style within the return window. Additional charges may apply when exchanging for a higher-priced item. Eligible Exchange Only items may also be returned for store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOM WORK & SERVICES
Because custom work is performed specifically to a customer's requested specifications, custom services, coatings, refinishing, modifications, and other personalized work are subject to different return and refund terms than standard merchandise.

Custom work and service charges are non-refundable once the requested work has been performed, except when Steel Regimen determines that there is a defect or workmanship issue for which Steel Regimen is responsible.

This includes, but is not limited to, custom coatings, Cerakote services, refinishing, color upgrades, specialty finishes, disassembly/reassembly services, modifications, and other personalized services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their requested color, finish, design, and other customization choices before work begins.

Colors and specialty finishes may appear somewhat different depending on lighting, surrounding colors, surface material, application, photographs, screens, and other variables. These differences alone do not necessarily constitute a defect.

If the completed work matches the color, finish, or customization requested by the customer but the customer later decides they would prefer a different color, style, or finish, this will be considered a preference change rather than a workmanship issue.

Charges for custom finishes, specialty colors, effects, or upgrades that were completed as originally ordered are non-refundable if the customer later requests a different finish or design.

Requests to change or redo completed custom work for reasons unrelated to workmanship may be accepted at Steel Regimen's discretion and may be subject to additional labor, material, preparation, refinishing, and shipping charges.

Any complimentary rework, refinishing, replacement, shipping, or other accommodation provided by Steel Regimen is considered a customer-service courtesy and does not create an entitlement to a refund of charges for the original work performed.

If Steel Regimen determines that an item has a defect or workmanship issue caused by our work, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, refinishing, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Normal wear, misuse, improper care, impact damage, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, improper installation, customer modifications, or damage occurring after the item has been returned to the customer are not considered workmanship defects.

Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving completed custom work if they believe there is an issue. Photos or other information may be requested so that we can evaluate the concern before an item is returned.

Please do not ship a custom item back to Steel Regimen without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
SHIPPING
To request a return, exchange, or evaluation of custom work, please contact us for instructions. We will respond as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.
Unless otherwise approved by Steel Regimen, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For custom work, responsibility for additional shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return. If a return is due to a verified error or workmanship issue by Steel Regimen, we may provide or reimburse reasonable shipping costs at our discretion. Shipping associated with a customer preference change, requested redesign, or other non-defect-related rework may be the customer's responsibility.
Please do not send your purchase or custom item back to the manufacturer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified that a refund was issued but have not received it:

First, check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary before a refund is officially posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us through the Contact Us section of our website. We will respond as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.
