A barbell is the foundation of every lift. Without proper maintenance, rust, debris, and worn lubrication can compromise spin, knurling, and overall performance. Steel Regimen offers professional barbell maintenance services to restore function, extend service life, and keep your equipment training ready. Whether it’s a home gym, CrossFit box, or a high-use commercial barbell, routine maintenance protects your investment and ensures consistent performance under load.

Base Service Fees:

Basic (Cleaning + Lubrication) $40 per barbell: This includes removing surface grime, degreasing, light rust removal, and relubrication of sleeves.

Standard (Full Cleaning + Internal Service): $80 per barbell: Includes disassembly, deeper rust/debris removal, lubrication, inspection of bushings/bearings, and reassembly.

Advanced/Restoration: $150+ per barbell: Includes everything in the standard service, but for bars with heavier rust, oxidation, and in need of surface refinishing after clean up. Surface refinishing included only with this service.

The $40 charge is the minimum deposit, which will be applied to final cost. Once customer-supplied barbells are received and inspected, the final pricing will be confirmed and charged upon completion.
